Are all of your products organic, gluten-free, non-GMO, etc?

Each product we make meets the highest standards possible. Most of our products are certified organic, and we've made sure to include plenty of vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and tree-free options. Each product is marked with the certifications that it meets. We think shopping for specific dietary needs should be straightforward so you can shop for each category easily.

How much is shipping for my Auto-Shipments?

You will always get free shipping on any order for $45+. If the $45 threshold is not met, the flat shipping cost is $7.65.

When will my order ship?

We typically ship orders within 1- 2 business days M-F excluding holidays. Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order online through your account dashboard. Here you can view your complete order history or a single order as well as reorder your favorite items.

When will I receive my order?

Domestic (including Alaska and Hawaii)

Ground: Typically 2-6 business days

Canada

Ground: 5-10 business days

What should I do if I need to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please note that once orders are processed they usually cannot be canceled as they are prepared for shipment promptly. However, if we catch your order before it has shipped, we can cancel it. You will then receive an email notification of the cancellation, and the refund will be processed to the card used for the purchase.

How does Auto-Shipment feature work?

You can set up an automatic delivery of your favorite PG products and save. The Auto-Shipment is completely flexible, and you can set your delivery schedule to a frequency that suits you depending on how quickly you get through your product.

Log in to your Globalmall account and go to the "My Account” section. There, you can navigate to your “Auto-Shipment” tab. Here, you can see your upcoming shipments, edit existing auto-shipments, and add new products.

If you hit “skip” on an Auto-Shipment product, the product will not be sent out on the next scheduled delivery date. Your auto shipment will resume with the scheduled delivery date after the skipped date has passed.
